Welcome to LEASH ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, which facilitates consensual adult power exchange dynamics between professional dominants ("Dominas") and their clients ("slaves").

By accessing or using LEASH, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

To use LEASH, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law
• Complete our age verification process

We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time. Providing false information about your age is grounds for immediate account termination.

LEASH is a platform that facilitates consensual adult power exchange relationships. All interactions on this platform are:

• Between consenting adults
• Conducted voluntarily and without coercion
• Subject to negotiated boundaries and limits
• Terminable at any time by either party

We do not facilitate or condone any illegal activities, non-consensual interactions, or activities involving minors.

Consent is paramount. All users must:

• Respect stated boundaries and hard limits
• Obtain explicit consent before escalating activities
• Honor safe words and stop signals immediately
• Report any non-consensual behavior to our safety team

The Platform provides safety features including a panic button, spending limits, and easy account termination. These features must remain accessible at all times.

Tributes and Payments:

• All tributes are voluntary financial gifts from slaves to Dominas
• Entry tributes are non-refundable and demonstrate commitment
• Users may set personal monthly spending limits
• The Platform takes a service fee from Domina earnings

Refund Policy:

• Tributes are generally non-refundable as they are gifts
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of fraud or technical error
• Chargebacks may result in account suspension

Users agree not to:

• Engage in any non-consensual activities
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Share content involving minors
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Use the Platform for money laundering or fraud
• Circumvent safety features or spending limits
• Create multiple accounts to evade bans
• Share account access with others

Your Right to Leave: You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination:

• Your profile will be deactivated immediately
• You may request deletion of your personal data
• Outstanding obligations (if any) remain payable
• Content you created may be retained per our Privacy Policy

Our Right to Terminate: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE BEHAVIOR OF OTHER USERS OR THE OUTCOME OF ANY INTERACTIONS.

Users are responsible for their own safety and wellbeing. We encourage all users to practice safe, sane, and consensual interactions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEASH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which LEASH is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
